Christopher is a PhD candidate in the Department of Black Studies. Chris is a historian of Black political and intellectual history in the British colonial world. He is particularly interested in how Black thinkers and activists have envisioned and enacted new worlds in response to their colonial conditions. In his spare time, Chris likes to watch football (soccer), talk politics, and listen to the music of his younger years.
